Industrial Vacuum Cleaner Selection Guide for Warehouses and Factories

Industrial vacuum cleaners are essential for maintaining clean, safe working environments in warehouses, factories, and commercial facilities. This guide helps you select the right model.

1. Wet, Dry, or Wet/Dry?

Consider what you need to clean: dry debris only (dry vacuum), liquid spills (wet vacuum), or both (wet/dry vacuum). Wet/dry vacuums like the BV20 offer maximum flexibility.

2. Filtration Requirements

Standard filters are suitable for general cleaning. HEPA filters (H13 or H14) are essential for environments requiring high air quality: hospitals, food processing, pharmaceutical facilities. The BV30 offers optional HEPA filtration.

3. Tank Size

Smaller tanks (10-20L): suitable for quick cleanup tasks and small areas.
Medium tanks (20-30L): good for daily cleaning in warehouses and workshops.
Large tanks (30L+): needed for extended cleaning sessions in large facilities.

4. Noise Level

Standard industrial vacuums operate at 70-80dB. For noise-sensitive environments like hotels, offices, and hospitals, low-noise models like the BV30 at 62dB are essential.

5. Power Source

Corded electric: unlimited runtime, more power, suitable for areas with accessible outlets.
Cordless battery: maximum mobility, quieter, no tripping hazard. The BV20C offers cordless convenience.

6. Accessories and Attachments

Look for models with: crevice tools for tight spaces, floor nozzles for large areas, brush attachments for delicate surfaces, and hose extensions for overhead cleaning.
