What is your MOQ?

Our standard MOQ is 50 units per model for OEM orders. For stock models, we can accommodate smaller trial orders — contact us to discuss.

What certificates do your machines have?

All our machines are CE certified and our facility is ISO 9001:2015 certified. We can also arrange third-party inspection upon request.

What is the typical lead time?

Standard lead time is 25–35 days after deposit. Custom OEM orders may take 35–50 days depending on specifications.

What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight for large orders, and for established partners we can discuss more flexible terms. Small trial orders may use PayPal or Western Union.

Can you customize machines for my market?

Absolutely. We offer full OEM and ODM services: custom colors, decals, packaging, manuals in your language, voltage and plug configurations for your region, and even brush/hose modifications for specific floor types. Send us your requirements and our engineering team will provide a feasibility assessment within 48 hours.
